In fact, we serve thousands of companies worldwide, including the majority of the Fortune 500. We thought it was time we made recognition services readily available to more people. That's why O.C. Tanner created Thanks™, a new tool for recognizing and appreciating employees for doing great work every day.

This site (the "Site") is provided by O.C. Tanner Company and O.C. Tanner Recognition Company (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as "O.C. Tanner") as a service to our customers. The following terms govern the use of the Site. If this is a Company-Dedicated Site (as defined below), any separate agreement with the company specifically overruling these Terms of Use will prevail to the extent of such separate agreement. Otherwise, your use of the Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use. O.C. Tanner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use.
A site is a "Company-Dedicated Site" if O.C. Tanner and a specific third-party company have agreed that a particular site shall be dedicated to the use of that specific company. You can tell whether a site is a Company-Dedicated Site by going to the home page of the website and looking in the upper-left corner. If immediately after the "thanks" logo there is a vertical line followed by the name of a company, it is a Company-Dedicated Site.
