This page shows the Administrator how to upload the recognition program FAQs on the Thanks platform.

Upload FAQs

To upload your recognition program FAQs:
  • Login to the Thanks application.
  • On the right side of the page, click See More > FAQs.
  • Click on the Actions > Upload FAQs link on the top right hand corner.
  • Click on the Upload button and upload a PDF of your program FAQs.
